Welcome to Reception and Year 1

Here are some of the things we’ve been up to.

We love French lessons and learning about different countries.

Through role play we learn to retell stories, use our imagination, and recreate roles and experiences.

Baking is one of our favourite activities.

So far this term we have made porridge, gingerbread men and bread.


In Science and Design Technology we have been learning about materials.

We made houses for The Three Little Pigs from straw, bricks and wood. We then tested them to see which was the strongest.
